Yes — but only for the Twilio parent account that owns the phone number you choose to send from.
You enter the Auth Token once per parent account, and we encrypt it before storing it.
Tokens are never logged or shared, and they are used only when sending messages or validating Twilio webhooks.
Does TextAll send messages from your system or my Twilio?
All messages are sent through your Twilio account, using your numbers, your billing,
and your compliance setup. TextAll is simply a dashboard and delivery engine that sits on top of your Twilio.
Can I use my existing Twilio phone numbers?
Yes. TextAll automatically detects all SMS-capable numbers linked to your Twilio Connect connection
and allows you to choose which number to send from.
How fast can I send bulk SMS?
You control the speed through adjustable throttling.
TextAll also prevents over-sending by respecting your daily caps.
All queueing is handled automatically.
Do you resell or share my contact list?
Never. Contacts are private to your account and are never shared or sold.
Can I send to each recipient with a different message?
Yes. When uploading your CSV, you can include a custom_message column.
That message replaces the main message for that recipient only.
Do you support MMS?
MMS support is planned. The current version focuses on optimized SMS sending and tracking.
Is TextAll self-hosted or cloud-hosted?
TextAll is fully hosted. Nothing for you to install or maintain.
